What this site collects

The short version: this site sets no cookies, never identifies you, and never sells or shares anything. The only personal data it handles is an email address you choose to give it.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, referrers and loading performance in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile or follow you between sites — which is why there's no cookie banner to dismiss. I can see that a page was read; I cannot see that you read it.

There is no Google Analytics and no advertising tracker. The site is served from Cloudflare, which also keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and abuse prevention.

The contact form

Your name, email address and message are sent throughWeb3Forms, which forwards them to my inbox. They are used to reply to you and nothing else. If you'd like that correspondence deleted, email me and I'll remove it.

The newsletter

Subscriptions are handled by Kit, who store your email address on my behalf. Signup uses double opt-in: you aren't subscribed until you click the confirmation link, which is also what records your consent. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you — there is no suppression-list purgatory.

Kit can record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. Where that is enabled, it is used only to decide what to write and what to send you next — never sold, never shared, never used for advertising. You can ask me what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data held about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Emailart.gameau@gmail.com and I'll action it.
