Programmer by trade, translator by instinct
I like to call myself a creative programmer, with professional and personal experience across mobile, AAA, and Unreal Engine projects. I specialize in gameplay and UI systems — but the part of the job I find most interesting is what happens between disciplines: getting art, design, and engineering to actually understand each other.
That's also where Art Gameau comes in. It's the personal brand I built around demystifying game development and celebrating the craft behind it — through talks, mentoring, and a closer look at how creative teams really function day to day.
Art + games + Art Nouveau. It's all in the name.

The brand
Game dev consulting & education
Art Gameau is the brand I built to demystify game development and spotlight the art behind interactive experiences. Outside my day-to-day programming work, I speak, teach, and consult on the part of game dev that never shows up in a commit log — how technical and creative teams build shared context and actually ship together.
Speaking & workshops
Talks like "GameDev Teams: Tech and Creative Mix" — unpacking why cross-discipline friction happens on passionate, capable teams, and what actually prevents it.
See talks →Mentoring & education
Co-creator and teacher at the School of GameDev for Girls — run with Ubisoft Belgrade and the French Institute of Serbia, introducing teenage girls to programming and level art.
Team & pipeline consulting
Bringing hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams to studios that want smoother collaboration between art and engineering.
